Note is a method for making intent explicit: why the work matters, what it must do, how it will answer, and how that answer will be verified.

It connects needs, requirements, specifications, decisions, and verifications into a living record that humans and AI can inspect, challenge, and build from.

The record lives as structured Markdown beside the work, readable and writable by any human or AI agent; no special tool required.
